We offer product exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. When you request an exchange or pickup, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves. Final Sale products can not be returned or exchanged once delivered, these include Gift Certificates, Bags & Jewelry unless there is a manufacturing defect.
A exchange order is ineligible for exchange or refund if it is done beyond the 14 calendar day period, or if it is used, damaged, or returned without original packaging. If we receive an inbound shipment for an ineligible return, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable and an additional service fee may be charged. If you send an unauthorised inbound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future.
If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at support@neoethic.com from the email you placed the order with. As a small business, we can not sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 14 calendar days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on any of our bags. We only accept exchange request on clothing is there is a size issue or the piece is damaged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in a store credit coupon within 1-2 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@neoethic.com.
